Jennie S. MalloyAs a Registered Patent Attorney with a background in the Applied Sciences, Ms. Malloy is the Senior Partner of the Firm, is Board Certified as an Expert in Intellectual Property Law, and oversees the Patent Prosecution group. John Cyril Malloy, IIIAs the Partner overseeing the Firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation group, Mr. Malloy is Board Certified as an Expert in Intellectual Property Law and concentrates his practice on Trial and Appellate Litigation. He also focuses on International Portfolio Management, filing trademark applications and directing enforcement proceedings around the globe. Mr. Malloy taught for nearly a decade as an Adjunct Professor of Intellectual Property Law at St. Thomas University Law School. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and his law degree from the University of Miami. During his tenure as the Chair of the International Trademark Association’s Model State Trademark Bill from 2003 to 2007, Mr. Malloy oversaw the passage of trademark legislation in a half dozen states and personally spear-headed the enactment of Florida’s present trademark statute, which became effective in 2007. John Fulton, Jr.Mr. Fulton is a Registered Patent Attorney having earned his degree in Chemical Engineering from Cleveland State University and his law degree, with honors, from the University of Miami School of Law. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Patent Prosecution and Infringement Opinions, is a member of the Florida Bar and is attmitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the Eastern District of Texas. Mr. Fulton obtained considerable engineering experience prior to joining the bar, and maintains his Registration as a Professional Engineer in the States of Florida and Ohio. OLIVER RUIZMr. Ruiz earned a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University, and a law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law, where he served as a board member for the Moot Court Board, and as President of the Student Bar Association. Mr. Ruiz is admitted to practice law in Florida and North Carolina state courts, as well as, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
